Booking Process

For clarity, the following definitions apply to these Terms & Conditions:

"Service Element" - An individual product or service offered on the Site that can be booked separately from other services (e.g., a flight).

"Travel Supplier" - A provider offering one or more Service Elements (e.g., airlines). quickflightdeal.com acts as an intermediary, facilitating bookings with third-party Travel Suppliers for the listed Service Elements.

"Booking" - The process of negotiating with the Travel Supplier through this Site to obtain one or more Service Elements, which may lead to a contract with the Travel Supplier upon full payment and acceptance of your offer.

To complete a Booking, please follow these steps to ensure its validity:

We encourage you to make an offer to buy Service Elements when they are shown on our website. To take advantage of this promotion, click "Book" on the "Review Trip Details and Book" payment page."

By submitting your request, you make an irrevocable offer to quickflightdeal.com to purchase the selected Service Element(s) from the relevant Travel Supplier(s). quickflightdeal.com reserves the right to accept or decline this offer at its discretion on behalf of the Travel Supplier.

An email confirmation from quickflightdeal.com does not signify contractual acceptance of the Booking but serves as an acknowledgment of receipt of your offer. We will then proceed to verify the availability of the Service Element(s).

If the Service Element is available, your Booking will be processed. The contract for the Booking is established upon receipt of full payment.

The contract between you and the Travel Supplier is limited to the Service Elements confirmed via email, which includes ticket numbers for air travel.

Booking conditions (such as cost, availability, and departure dates) are not finalized until the Travel Supplier issues and confirms a ticket, thereby creating the contract. Any changes or cancellations (including modifications to names or destinations) made after the Booking is complete are solely at our discretion and are subject to these Terms & Conditions.

The specific Terms & Conditions for each Service Element apply to these booking procedures. We reserve the right to modify the Booking process at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon publication on the website.

The Travel Suppliers have ordered that you present a government-issued photo ID for airport security checks during your trip.

A passport, which serves as proof of citizenship in the majority of countries outside the United States, is necessary for international travel in addition to the required government-issued identification. Even for brief flight changes, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are in compliance with the passport, visa, and health requirements of the countries you visit or transit through. In many nations, your passport must be valid for a certain period of time following the date of entrance. For information on particular requirements, contact the local consulate of the countries you are going.

quickflightdeal.com and its affiliates disclaim all responsibility for any repercussions that may result from noncompliance with these rules, such as deportations, delays, or refusals to board. In these cases, there will be no refunds.

  • Government entry/exit fees may be applicable depending on your destination.
  • These fees are your responsibility and will be charged in addition to your Booking costs.
  • If your booking includes multiple passengers, all must adhere to the same itinerary. Individual passengers cannot be added or removed from your reservation. quickflightdeal.com reserves the right to correct any pricing inaccuracies that may be advertised. If necessary, we will give you the option to adjust the amount charged to your credit or debit card to reflect the updated pricing before your departure or to cancel the Booking.
  • Each Service Element included in your Booking is supplied by the respective Travel Supplier.
  • It is possible that your booking will not qualify for frequent flyer miles. You should verify this with the relevant travel provider.

Name or destination changes are not allowed once your reservation has been confirmed.

Your reservation will be finalized on the date specified in the email you received with the ticket details, or on the day the ticket is issued if no date is specified, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

By reference, the conditions of each airline's contracts of carriage are included here. You can read the whole contract of carriage at the ticket offices at the airport or city where each airline operates. Upon request, airlines will provide the complete text of the contract of carriage for free via mail or another delivery method. The carriage contract contained the following provisions: (1) Limitations on the airline's responsibility for the subsequent: (1) Passengers' personal injury or death; (2) Restrictions on the airline's liability for luggage and goods, including perishable or fragile items, being lost, damaged, or delayed; (3) The airline's ability to change the terms of the contract; (4) Guidelines for reconfirming reservations, check-in times, and refusals to transport; and (5) Rights and limitations of the airline with regard to delays, service failures, schedule modifications, aircraft substitutions, and rerouting.

Pricing, Taxes/Fees, and Payment: The total cost of your reservation includes all applicable airfare-related taxes and fees, unless otherwise noted in your ticket information email or these Terms & Conditions. Additional expenses, including as fuel surcharges, security fees, baggage fees, seat reservations, and other service charges, may be imposed by the travel supplier at the time of check-in. You are responsible for paying the travel supplier directly for any extra expenses. Please contact the appropriate travel provider immediately if you have any questions about these costs.

Full payment with a valid credit or debit card is needed at the time of booking. quickflightdeal.com accepts all major credit and debit cards with a valid billing address. You authorize quickflightdeal.com and its related businesses to charge the full amount of your Booking to the credit or debit card you provide when you complete your Booking.

At the time of hotel or vehicle rental check-in, the travel supplier could ask you to present the credit or debit card used for the booking in order to confirm that the card was used legally and/or to cover any additional fees. The traveler listed on the cardholder's reservation needs to be there.

All offers, prices, and terms of sale may be subject to the following:

  • Changes without prior notice;
  • Advance purchase requirements, eligibility criteria, seating restrictions, or other limitations;
  • Travel days and dates, length of stay requirements, holiday periods, seasonal restrictions, blackout dates, layovers, and/or limitations on waitlisting;
  • Reservation validation constraints of up to one year (extensions, if permitted, may incur fees or restrictions);
  • Additional conditions, restrictions, and availability factors.

If your itinerary involves a final destination or stop in a country other than your country of departure, the "Warsaw Convention" may apply to your whole travel, including any portion that is entirely within the country of origin or destination. The Warsaw Convention may restrict and limit the responsibility of certain airlines for passenger deaths, personal injuries, and baggage loss or damage.

Your reservation remains incomplete until it is confirmed and ticketed. To protect our customers, we will verify the billing address and credit card verification number you provide with your credit or debit card company. Until this verification is finalized, the fare is subject to change. We cannot be held responsible for any transactions declined by your card issuer or travel provider, or if the billing address and/or verification number cannot be quickly verified. Additionally, we are not liable for any fare increases or extra charges that may arise during the verification process. If the fare you selected is no longer available, an approval code may be issued to your credit card. Should the transaction fail to complete, this approval code could temporarily affect your available credit with your bank.

Advice for International Passengers

Travelers whose final destination or any stop is in a country different from their departure country should note that the Montreal Convention and the Warsaw Convention may apply to their entire journey, including segments within the departure and destination countries. These conventions regulate and typically limit carriers' liability for passenger death or personal injury. Additional coverage may be obtained through private insurance, which is not subject to the liability limits set by the Montreal or Warsaw Conventions. For more information, please consult your airline or insurance provider.

The Site offers links to other websites for your convenience, but we do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content on these such websites. If you choose to visit these third-party websites, you do so at your own risk.

Changes to Purchased Flights

The airline's fare regulations and restrictions, which may be stricter, apply to itinerary changes. Once a reservation is confirmed, most of our tickets, as well as reservations for hotels, rental cars, packages, and cruises, cannot be changed in terms of dates or names. quickflightdeal.com is unable to ensure that reservations or bookings will be available in the event that the supplier changes the original schedule at the customer's request.

Cancellation and Exchange

Our flight tickets are generally non-refundable. If the airline permits cancellations, you may receive a credit for future flights with the same carrier. This credit usually comes with an expiration date, after which it may no longer be valid. For more information regarding the limitations associated with your credit, please contact our customer support team. If you wish to cancel a booking, you must do so by reaching out to our customer care center before the departure time of the first flight segment. We cannot guarantee the success of any cancellation request. Additionally, you will be responsible for any fare differences, applicable airline penalties, and any quickflightdeal.com post-ticketing fees incurred when using airline credit for a new reservation. All changes are subject to the airline's fare rules, policies, and procedures, which are beyond our control.

Although our agents will assist you in finding and booking alternate flights based on availability and other factors, we do not provide any additional guarantees about our exchange fees.

Various Airline Routes

Please check the terms and conditions of each airline on their websites if your itinerary includes flights operated by multiple airlines. Every airline has its own restrictions, policies, and prices. You can be responsible for any fines or extra ticket expenses if an airline change (such cancellation or rescheduling) affects one flight and forces changes to another. Requests for refunds, changes, or replacements may incur additional costs. It is your obligation to adhere to each airline's standards, including check-in hours and baggage size/weight limitations, as airline laws and regulations can differ. For every flight, it is recommended that you print off the outbound and return portions of your electronic ticket confirmation prior to departure. You may be asked to present identification or your return ticket at check-in.

Cancellation and Refund

Most tickets are non-refundable at the time of booking and remain non-refundable after 24 hours. To cancel a flight reservation, we require an email from the address used during the booking, explicitly requesting the cancellation. Refund requests are only accepted when all of the following conditions are met:

  • You have submitted a cancellation and refund request, and the fare rules allow for such actions.
  • You are not classified as a "no-show," as most "no-show" reservations are ineligible for refunds or waivers from suppliers.
  • We are able to obtain waivers from suppliers to process your cancellation and refund request.

Since refunds are processed in the order that they are received, we are unable to provide you a definite timeframe for when your request will be processed. You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your cancellation request from our customer support team along with a tracking number. This confirmation only confirms your request; it does not ensure a refund.

Following receipt of your request, we will work with suppliers, including hotels, car rental companies, and airlines, to secure a waiver in accordance with their regulations and notify you of their choice. Please be aware that there is no refund for the service costs associated with the first reservation. It may take 60 to 90 days after we receive your request for the refund to show up on your credit card statement, depending on the suppliers.

Refunds are typically subject to penalties from suppliers. quickflightdeal.com will impose a post-ticketing service cost on a per-ticket, per-person basis in addition to these penalties. Only if the provider authorizes the return or a waiver is granted, and if airline or supplier regulations permit such refunds, will these fees be imposed. We will reimburse our post-ticketing service expenses but not the initial reservation booking fees if the supplier does not handle the refund.

Neither quickflightdeal.com, nor our affiliates, partners, or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents shall be liable for any claim, loss, injury, damage, delay, travel cancellation, accident, cost, or expense (including, but not limited to, attorneys' fees and legal costs), nor for any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of revenue, profits, savings, goodwill, or data) (collectively referred to as "Losses and Damages"). The only written waiver that will be legally binding is one that is explicitly specified and signed by an authorized quickflightdeal.com representative.

Discount of Airfares

In compliance with the US Airline Deregulation Act, Open Sky Agreements, and relevant regulations, we are permitted to provide discounts on airfare. Thanks to our extensive volume and various purchasing channels, we can present many published fares at prices lower than those listed by the airlines. Please note that discounts may differ based on fare types, availability, seasonality, referral sources, and specific destinations.

Fare Changes and Post-Payment Price Guarantee

We will let you know about any changes to your reservation, including airfare, before your payment is processed and approved. The updated transaction is yours to approve or reject. You won't be billed if you decide to decline.

Our Post-Payment Price Guarantee guarantees that, regardless of any future pricing adjustments or variations, we will honor the entire final stated price of your airline tickets after your payment (by credit/debit card) has been properly processed.

Payment Acceptance Policy

As stated in the billing section, we accept credit and debit cards issued in the US, UK, Canada, and a number of other nations. Additionally, we take AE/AP billing addresses.

Please be advised that in many purchases, your credit or debit card may be charged the total price. If your payment cannot be accepted or completed for any reason, we will notify you within a day. For payment methods other than credit or debit cards, it may take more than a day. Before your payment is approved, you will be notified if the airfare or any other aspect of your reservation changes in price. You have the option to accept or reject the revised transaction. If you choose not to accept, there will be no charges.

After your payment (credit/debit card) has been successfully processed, we promise to honor the full final quoted price of the airline tickets, regardless of any future price changes or variations. This is known as our Post-Payment Price Guarantee.

We promise that using a credit card is completely safe and secure. To learn more about using credit cards on our website, please refer to our 100% Safe Purchase Guarantee.

Our systems will not process transactions that are deemed high-risk until our credit card verification team confirms that they are secure in order to increase security. We could contact you or your bank to confirm such transactions.

Credit/Debit Card Payment Terms

  • All credit cards must have a verifiable billing address in the US, Canada, or other approved countries.
  • Bookings and fares are not confirmed until the ticketing process is complete.
  • When you use your credit or debit card for a purchase, a temporary hold will be placed on the funds for authorization. If your booking cannot be confirmed, you will not be charged, and we will request that the hold be released by your bank. During this time, the funds on hold will be inaccessible for other uses.
  • If your credit card is declined for any reason, we will notify you within 24 hours. Submitting your credit card does not guarantee that a ticket will be issued.
  • quickflightdeal.com is not liable if your credit or debit card is not approved or charged. Possible reasons include the airline’s inability to confirm the booking, fare increases after submission, or insufficient funds. If fares increase, alternative options will be provided, and you may cancel without charge. Once the ticket is issued at the original quoted price, it becomes non-refundable and non-cancellable.
  • quickflightdeal.com implements strict security measures for credit card transactions. Any fraudulent activity will be reported to airport security, airlines, and the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
  • You agree to be responsible for all credit card payments and will not dispute charges once your tickets or products have been confirmed and delivered via email or shipment. You also agree to cover any chargebacks or disputes arising from legitimate purchases made on our website.
  • Most credit card transactions processed through our Customer Service Department are recorded and may serve as evidence in the event of disputes.
  • Online credit card transactions are authorized when you, or someone acting on your behalf, accept these terms and conditions and complete the purchase.
  • For enhanced security, transactions flagged as high-risk will not be processed until verified by our credit card team. We may reach out to you or your bank to confirm these transactions.

Credit Card Declines

We will try our best to send you an email within three business days if your credit card is refused during transaction processing. The fare and booking details are not guaranteed, and if your payment card is denied, the transaction will not proceed. You are entitled to cancel your reservation at no cost if the fare changes, and there won't be any service fees associated with this cancellation.

Termination

For any reason or for no reason at all, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without liability, to stop you from using all or a portion of the Site.

Severability

It is possible to terminate the terms and conditions. The validity and enforceability of any other terms shall remain unaffected if any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable; instead, it will be enforced to the greatest degree allowed by the applicable law.

No Waiver

A failure by quickflightdeal.com to enforce any part of these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of quickflightdeal.com’s rights, whether for past or future actions. Neither the receipt of any funds by quickflightdeal.com nor any person’s reliance on quickflightdeal.com’s conduct shall be deemed to constitute a waiver of any part of these Terms and Conditions. Only a specific, written waiver signed by an authorized representative of quickflightdeal.com shall be legally effective.

Data Scraping

Any abuse of this Site through excessive scanning, data scraping, or screen scraping may result in the immediate termination of your access to the Site.

Seats, Meals, Frequent Flyer & Other Requests

Please be aware that requests for specific seats, meals, frequent flyer benefits, and other special accommodations cannot be guaranteed. Airlines reserve the right to change seat assignments without prior notice. While we will forward your requests for seats, meals, and other services, we cannot ensure they will be fulfilled. We recommend confirming these requests directly with the airline. To verify your requests, please contact the airline directly.

Baggage Policy on Connecting Flights

You might have to pick up your luggage at the connecting airport and recheck it for your subsequent trip if your itinerary includes connecting flights with several carriers. Additionally, you will be liable for any applicable excess baggage costs assessed by each airline if you have more luggage than you need. We recommend packing light to save money because many airlines now charge for the first checked bag. Please refer to the luggage fees section of our website or visit our "Baggage Fees" page for further information. Depending on size and weight, fees often run from $15 to $100 or more per checked bag. These fees are payable directly to the airline at check-in. While we aim to keep our baggage fees table updated, we recommend contacting the airline directly for the most current fees and policies.

Baggage Liability

Federal regulations require airlines to set a minimum baggage liability limit of $3,300 per person for domestic flights inside the United States. Different liability limits for baggage loss, delay, or damage apply to foreign travel, including domestic portions of international flights. According to the Montreal Convention, unless a larger value is disclosed beforehand with additional fees, the liability maximum is 1,131 Special Drawing Rights, or around $1,700, per passenger. Unless a larger value is disclosed with additional fees, the liability limit under the Warsaw Convention is roughly $9.07 per pound ($20.00 per kilogram) for checked baggage and $400 per passenger for unchecked baggage.Keep in mind that airlines are not liable for perishable or fragile products, and that some valuable things may not have excess valuation disclosed. Please get in touch with the airline directly for further information.

Baggage Policy and Fees

Any fees that any airline may charge for excess luggage must be paid by you. We suggest packing light to save money because many airlines now charge for the first checked bag as well. Please check the luggage costs section of our website or visit our "Baggage Fees" page for further details. Depending on the size and weight of each checked bag, fees usually range from $15 to $50 or more. At check-in, you must pay the airline directly for these expenses. For the most recent luggage costs and policies, we advise getting in touch with the airline directly, even though we try our best to keep our table up to date.

Overbooking of Flights

Even if your reservation is confirmed, there's a chance that a seat won't be available because airlines often overbook flights. In the event of an overbooking, the airline will first seek volunteers to renounce their reservations in exchange for money at its discretion. If there aren't enough volunteers, the airline may decline to board more passengers based on its boarding priority. Customers who are involuntarily denied boarding usually have the right to reimbursement from the airline, with some limitations, such as missing the carrier's check-in deadline (details can be obtained from the airline). The specific rules on compensation and boarding priorities are displayed at airport ticket counters and boarding locations. It should be mentioned that even while there might be additional consumer protections available, some airlines might not implement them for passengers arriving from particular foreign countries. For more information, please contact us directly or inquire with the airline.
